EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:

GENERAL EXPERIENCE:

Six (6) years of experience in a healthcare data analytical role.

SUBSTITUTION ALLOWED:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management systems, healthcare, mathematics, statistics or related field and two (2) years of experience may be substituted for general experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Proficiency in data engineering, analytics and visualization tools and techniques including SQL (complex queries, functions and stored procedures), Python, R and Tableau.

Interview Process

Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and innovation-driven Business Analyst specializing in AI and digital transformation to join our growing team. This role focuses on evaluating business operations, discovering opportunities to apply AI-driven solutions, and supporting the development of intelligent systems that improve performance, customer experience, and organizational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, define AI use cases, design process improvements, and coordinate technical execution across multiple business units.

Role Purpose

The Business Analyst – AI & Digital Transformation is responsible for bridging the gap between business goals and emerging AI technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of data and automation, and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will help shape the organization’s AI roadmap and ensure solutions are aligned with strategic objectives.

Core Responsibilities

1. AI Opportunity Identification & Business Case Development

• Assess business processes and pain points to identify opportunities for AI and automation (LLMs, chatbots, predictive analytics, recommendation engines, RPA, etc.).
• Develop business cases, ROI forecasts, feasibility analyses, and value assessments for AI initiatives.
• Work closely with strategy teams to align AI recommendations with long-term business goals.

2. Requirements Gathering & Process Redesign

• Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and cross-department discovery sessions.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for AI/ML products.
• Map current processes (As-Is) and design optimized future-state processes (To-Be).
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, use case documentation, and data flow diagrams.

3. Collaboration with Data Science & Engineering

• Work with AI/ML engineers to define model inputs, outputs, success metrics, and integration requirements.
• Coordinate data collection, data quality checks, and feature engineering support activities.
• Validate algorithmic outputs with subject-matter experts and ensure solutions meet business expectations.

4. Stakeholder Communication & Project Support

• Serve as the primary communication bridge between business teams, technical teams, and leadership.
• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, presentations, and insights for decision-makers.
• Support project planning, sprint grooming, prioritization, and agile ceremonies.
• Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

5. User Enablement & AI Adoption

• Assist in the rollout, training, and adoption of AI tools across the organization.
• Evaluate user feedback and track performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
• Promote responsible and ethical AI implementation in line with corporate governance guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 2–7 years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, or data-driven roles.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including ML concepts, NLP, computer vision, RPA, and automation workflows.
• Experience with analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker).
• Ability to gather, interpret, and translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Python, SQL, or other analytics tools.

The Incident Response Specialist is responsible for monitoring, detecting, and analyzing cybersecurity events across the organization. In addition to technical work, the IR Specialist collaborates closely with security engineering, IT operations, compliance, and executive teams. They share threat intelligence, contribute to security improvements, and support proactive defense strategies. Ongoing threat hunting, log analysis, and research are also part of the role. The IR Specialist stays updated on emerging attack techniques, malware trends, and cybersecurity tools. Manual Ethical Hacking is part of the Application Development Security Framework Program within Bank of America’s Cyber Security Assurance Offensive Security group. The program provides services to assess the vulnerability of the bank’s applications to malicious hacking activity.

This intermediate technical role is responsible for performing application security assessments of the bank's technologies, applications, and cyber security controls while adapting testing methods to evolving and emerging threats. Key responsibilities include performing research, understanding the bank’s security policies, working with the appropriate partners to complete assessments and simulations, identifying misconfigurations and vulnerabilities, and reporting on associated risk. These individuals partner closely with security partners, CIO clients and multiples lines of business.

• Perform assigned analysis of internal and external threats on information systems and predict future threat behavior
