Zoom's Cyber Threat Intelligence team is seeking a remote Senior Analyst. This person will monitor the evolving threat landscape and deliver operational assessments that provide real-time awareness of global cyber threats to Zoom. The ideal candidate has a good understanding of intelligence tradecraft. They also bring solid technical skills in threat research, analysis, and reporting to help peer teams and leadership understand Zoom's cyber threat environment. A successful candidate is impact-driven, communicates effectively, and builds solid relationships with stakeholders and peer teams.

About the Team

The Threat Intelligence team plays a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and responding to a broad range of security threats across the organization. The team focuses on both physical and cyber domains, including risk analysis, insider threats, malware, and emerging threat actors. Their work helps safeguard our people, assets, and technology from evolving global risks.

Responsibilities

  • Providing real-time awareness, early warning, and operational readiness to defend Zoom against global cyber threats
  • Developing and maintaining adversary profiles and mapping threat activity using frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain, and Diamond Model
  • Performing technical threat intelligence analysis to collect, enrich, and evaluate threat information to identify malicious activity and support detection and response efforts
  • Researching, writing, and disseminating intelligence products using structured analytic techniques tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Delivering briefings, presentations, and written reports to senior and executive leadership to inform strategic decision-making and drive security recommendations
  • Identifying collection gaps and employing intelligence-gathering methods across open and closed sources
  • Working closely with peer security teams to provide contextual threat intelligence, triage potential incidents, and assess the impact of threats to Zoom. Building and maintaining intelligence-sharing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional security teams to provide timely, actionable threat intelligence that enhances Zoom's defensive posture and drives leadership decision-making

What we’re looking for

  • Have extensive experience in cyber threat intelligence, threat hunting, or related cybersecurity discipline within an operational and tactical setting.
  • Have a good technical understanding of attacker tradecraft, common attack vectors, and tactics, techniques, and procedures attackers use to propagate across systems and networks
  • Have proven experience in research, writing, and publishing analytic reports for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Possess good knowledge and hands-on experience with threat intelligence frameworks. This includes tools used to identify and track adversary behavior and tradecraft, such as MITRE ATT&CK, the Cyber Kill Chain, and the Diamond Model.
  • Have hand-on experience using threat intelligence platforms and SIEMs
  • Have experience participating in incident response, threat investigations, and escalating detection recommendations to enhance security posture
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to work cross-functionally with security, engineering, and product teams
  • Have knowledge of intelligence collection methodologies and management

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

JOB SUMMARY

Senior associates are primarily responsible for hands-on project execution. As a Digital Marketing Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for the analytics maintenance, insights, and reporting of our eCommerce website and ancillary digital channels. Medical Device Cybersecurity Analyst is part of the Application Development Security Framework Program within Bank of America’s Cyber Security Assurance Offensive Security group. The program provides services to assess the vulnerability of the bank’s applications to malicious hacking activity.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Expert practitioner in AI/ML, Generative Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and related fields
  • Technical individual contributor on the Data Science Team
  • Learn continuously to stay current on cutting-edge AI/ML technology
  • Identify and understand business problems, define data requirements, formulate, build, and communicate AI/ML solutions concisely
  • Contribute to development of MLOps platform
  • Bring Data Science perspective working with Product Management Team to design and create self-service solutions for business clients leveraging products built on the MLOps platform
  • Foster a strong network with business and functional partners to drive AI/ML adoption

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Expertise using Deep Learning in applications such as image analysis
  • Experience in Generative AI including Retrieval Augmented Generation using Large Language Models
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to act as a translator of complex technical topics to simple language with business partners
  • Ability to collaborate with business partners to drive adoption
  • Geographic Information Systems experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to tackle meaningful problems
  • Valid Drivers' License and good driving record required.

Job Title: AI Interaction Designer

Location: Remote


Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and creative AI Interaction Designer to craft meaningful, intuitive, and ethical user experiences for AI-driven interfaces — including chatbots, voice assistants, and predictive systems. You’ll work closely with product managers, data scientists, UX researchers, and engineers to build smart systems that understand and adapt to user needs. This role requires a deep understanding of human-computer interaction (HCI), natural language design, and the unique challenges of designing with AI.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design conversational flows, voice interfaces, and multimodal interactions for AI-powered products.
  • Translate machine learning capabilities into usable and empathetic design experiences.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes that bring AI interactions to life.
  • Conduct usability testing focused on AI-driven experiences, iterating based on feedback and data.
  • Work with NLP engineers to align on intent design, language models, and fallback strategies.
  • Define persona, tone, and conversation strategy for voice/chat interfaces.
  • Develop interaction patterns that enhance user trust, clarity, and transparency in AI systems.

Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 1–2 years focused on AI or conversational interfaces.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing chatbot, voice, or AI-based interaction design work.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools (e.g., ProtoPie, Principle).
  • Hands-on experience with conversational design platforms such as Dialogflow, Rasa, Voiceflow, or Amazon Lex.
  • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), machine learning concepts, and AI ethics.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to advocate for user needs in AI-driven design.
  • Background in psychology, HCI, linguistics, or computer science is a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with LLM-based interactions (e.g., GPT-based assistants).
  • Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design in conversational interfaces.
  • Coding or scripting skills for rapid prototyping (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Python).
